If you're on keto you've got 30 g of carbohydrates a day so if you have the chicken noodle soup then you're going to have to opt in for really low carb vegetables like leafy greens and all the other usual low carb vegetables like the cruciferous vegetables and you got to get your seven cups. But yeah the full can of chicken noodle soup is only something like 20 g of carbohydrates. I eat 30 to 50 grams; a 220 lb man can be like 50 g I'd say but if I really want to get stingy on it I'll go back to 30 g.
